Criminal Mischief – Unfounded
On 8/2/2024, at SE 68th Ct (Autumn Glen), four juvenile males were reported to have vandalized a set of mailboxes at the location. It was discovered that they placed a table on top of the mailboxes but caused no damage. The juveniles were reprimanded and released to their parents. Case closed as unfounded.
Simple Assault
On 8/2/2024, at 5100 Blk SE 102nd Pl, an unknown suspect allegedly committed the listed offense against a victim by threatening to shoot him and following him in a vehicle.
Driving Under the Influence (2nd Offense) with Refusal to Submit to Breath Test
On 8/3/2024, at SE Mimosa Rd/SE Abshier Blvd, a citizen reported that a truck was stopped in the roadway and possibly unoccupied. Sgt. Esquivel located the vehicle and discovered the driver, Willson Gulzar (A/M, DOB: 10/4/1987), had leaned his seat back and was asleep. While making contact, Sgt. Esquivel observed multiple indicators of impairment. Gulzar participated in field sobriety exercises and was subsequently arrested for DUI. At the jail, Gulzar refused to provide a breath sample.

Investigation revealed that on 08/05/2024, at approximately 8:39 PM at Walgreens located at 4920 SE Abshier Blvd, an unidentified white female stole a pack of artificial nails ($12.00) and hair color ($10.00) and entered into a white SUV.

On 08/05/2024, at approximately 04:00 PM in the area of 4797 SE 110th St, Tyrone Moreland (W/M, DOB: 12/07/1979) was placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant.
Retail Theft
On 8/5/2024, at 1:00 PM, an unknown white male entered 5726 SE Abshier Blvd (Wawa) and removed $17 worth of goods from the store. The unknown male departed the area in a white Chrysler 300 sedan.
Domestic Battery
On 8/7/2024, three juvenile siblings were involved in a mutual altercation. The juveniles were released to their guardian.

On 8/7/2024, at 10366 S US Hwy 441 (Silver Oaks Campground), a suspect committed the listed offense by coming to the victim’s home in direct violation of the served document and attempting to make contact with the victim. Case pending an arrest warrant.
