Thursday night as the sun set and the lights turned on, Belleview football unofficially began its season with the blue and white scrimmage game. Usually held in the spring, the blue and white game came out early to show what the team has in store for this year. Without an official score being posted, seemingly the blue team made touchdowns a few more times than the white team, leading them to victory. Half way through the game a kicking competition was held for the crowd’s entertainment as the marching band works towards their halftime show premiering the first part in the next game. If interested in supporting the Belleview team, tickets can be purchased on GoFan.co, searching Belleview High School, and selecting football and the game you’d like to attend.
