Summary: 10/7/2024, 10301 S US Hwy 441 (Publix) – Ofc. Brown responded to a hit-and-run accident in a parking lot. A witness obtained the vehicle’s license plate, and Ofc. Brown located the driver, Herbert B. Rosenblatt (W/M 08/27/1940), at his residence. Rosenblatt admitted to leaving the scene because he did not think there was damage. Ofc.
