BATTERY
On 11/17/2024 at approximately 1:35 PM, at 6017 SE Robinson Rd, Belleview, FL, a juvenile committed the offense of battery by slapping another juvenile in the face.
ELECTRONIC THREAT TO KILL
On 11/17/2024, the victim reported receiving threats via Facebook Messenger from her ex-boyfriend, including threats to shoot her and her children, and a photo of her shelter residence. Deputies searched the suspect’s known address but did not locate him. The victim was escorted back to her domestic violence shelter, and increased patrols were established for her safety. The suspect has an active warrant for probation violation (weapon possession), and another warrant is being sought under Florida Statute 836.10 for electronic threats to kill.
