 PETIT THEFT 

On 11/25/2024, an unknown person(s) committed the offense of petit theft by taking four brake lights, valued at $250.00, from a Ford truck belonging to the victim while it was parked at 5725 SE Hwy 484. 

RETAIL THEFT 

On 11/25/2024, at approximately 5:14 PM, at Wawa located at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd, an unknown possibly Hispanic male entered the store and stole six cases of Twisted Tea, valued at approximately $122.94. 

BURGLARY 

Between 11/27/2024 and 11/29/2024, an unknown person(s) committed the offense of burglary and grand theft by entering a vehicle at Mark’s Pawn located at 5716 SE Abshier Blvd and removing stereo equipment valued at $2,000.00. 

ASSIST OTHER AGENCY 

On 11/30/2024, at approximately 4:24 AM, Belleview Police officers responded to Circle K located at 14870 S US Hwy 441 to assist the Marion County Sheriff’s Office regarding a woman asleep in the bathroom. Upon arrival, it was determined the woman met criteria to be placed under a Marchman Act and was transported to the hospital for treatment by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. 

BAKER ACT 

On 11/30/2024, at approximately 9:36 AM, on SE Front Rd, an adult male was placed under a Baker Act after making suicidal statements.
