Hernandez (H/M, 11/14/1999) committed the offenses of domestic battery, false imprisonment, and sexual battery on a minor. He battered the juvenile victim with a Febreze aerosol can, threatened further victimization if she left, and engaged in sexual intercourse with the juvenile.
