Another rainy-day crash brought traffic to a crawl Saturday afternoon on one of Marion County’s busiest stretches of interstate.
According to FL 511, two right lanes of northbound Interstate 75 were still blocked as of 4:56 p.m. following a collision involving a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle near Exit 354 (State Road 27) in Ocala.
Although the crash caused heavy delays during the evening commute, no injuries were reported. Motorists were advised to expect slowdowns and to use caution in the wet weather.
