Case: 7-376, On 07/27/2025 at approximately 9:50 a.m. at 11528 SE Hwy 301 (St. Theresa’s Catholic Church), Michael T. Zielinski (W/M, DOB: 03/22/1984) was arrested for violating an injunction for protection against stalking. He remained at the location where he knew the protected person was present, causing fear to the protected person.

Case: 7-359, On 07/26/2025 at approximately 1:41 a.m. at 11008 SE 66th Terrace (Tropical Vibes Bar and Grill), Sammy Hill (B/M, DOB: 07/27/2000) committed the following offenses: Attempted Murder – by intentionally shooting at Dante A. Townsel with a deadly weapon, striking him in the chest, shoulder, and wrist with intent to cause death. Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon – by causing great bodily harm to Townsel and injuring two additional victims due to stray gunfire. Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling – knowing the establishment was occupied by a large group of people. Discharging a Firearm in Public – in a commercial area adjacent to public roads and businesses. Felony Criminal Mischief – by causing significant damage to property, including the business structure, a fire extinguisher, and a utility vehicle. Sammy Hill was subsequently arrested after returning to retrieve his vehicle.

Case: 7-355, On 07/25/2025 at approximately 9:29 p.m. at 11322 SE 55th Ave Rd, Unit 301, Ryan S. Barnes (W/M, DOB: 05/26/1986) was placed under arrest for an active felony arrest warrant for violation of probation: Count 1 – written threats to kill or do bodily injury; Count 2 – battery.

Case: 7-349, On 07/25/2025 at around 12:45 p.m. at 5516 SE Abshier Blvd (Subway), Jorge Manuel Perez (H/M, DOB: 10/14/1977) was issued a trespass warning from the business after causing a disturbance with the Subway manager.

Case: 7-347, Between 2:30 p.m. on 07/24/2025 and 7:30 a.m. on 07/25/2025 at 5920 SE Hames Rd (NAPA Auto Parts), an unknown white female committed criminal mischief ($200–$1,000) by damaging a motor vehicle belonging to the business. The victim declined to press charges.
