On 09/04/2025 at 5408 SE Abshier Blvd (Smoke Shop), Cpl. Hunt responded to the location for reports of a man exposing himself to the cashier. Upon arrival, a man matching the description fled but was quickly apprehended. The man, later identified as James Langford (W/M, DOB: 12/06/1998), denied wrongdoing and stated he only asked the victim if she had a boyfriend. The victim positively identified Langford and advised he fully exposed his genitals to her. She wished to press charges and advised Langford he was not welcome back. Cpl. Hunt placed Langford under arrest and transported him to the Marion County Jail without issue.
