11/26/2025, 10133 S US Hwy 441 (Scionti’s Martial Arts) – Officers responded for a battery and discovered a juvenile still on scene. He fled from officers but was apprehended without incident. The victim, a 75-year-old woman, reported he pushed her multiple times and attempted to knock her to the ground because she would not teach him karate.
Once his mother arrived, Sgt. Esquivel attempted to interview him, but he kicked her in the torso and tried to exit the vehicle. He was escorted back inside and transported to the police department, where he began banging his head on the glass and thrashing in the back seat. Sgt. Esquivel and Pfc. Tyler attempted to calm him, but he kicked Pfc. Tyler in the torso and was removed from the vehicle. He attempted to bite Sgt. Esquivel several times and spit in her face.
Pfc. Tyler deployed her taser to gain compliance, and a spit mask and leg restraints were applied. The Department of Juvenile Justice refused custody and released him to his mother. Case closed by arrest.
Baker Act
11/27/2025, 6220 SE Hames Rd (Par One MHP) – An adult female was placed under a Baker Act after ingesting a bottle of aspirin and expressing suicidal ideations.

11/27/2025, 5800 SE Abshier Blvd (CVS) – William Graves (W/M 2/26/1980) was issued a trespass warning at the request of management.

11/27/2025 – Pfc. Tyler responded to a battery involving a child. The reporting party stated her boyfriend battered and strangled her 6-year-old nonverbal autistic son. She provided photographs of the injuries, and Pfc. Tyler observed scratches and bruises on the child’s torso and neck.
She advised that she and the suspect share an infant and that he would not allow her to take the infant with her. Pfc. Tyler and assisting MCSO deputies responded to the residence with her permission to enter. The suspect fled into the home, picked up the infant, and refused commands to put the child down. A deputy safely removed the infant and the suspect was placed under arrest.
Pfc. Tyler transported him to the Marion County Jail, where he also violated felony probation. Case closed by arrest.

11/27/2025, 5305 SE Abshier Blvd (Racetrac) – Amber Brown (W/F 6/1/1988) was issued a trespass warning following a theft.
No Valid Driver’s License
11/28/2025, SE 110th St / SE Front Rd – Ofc. Driggers conducted a records check on a white Nissan SUV (FL #28FCBC) and discovered the registered owner, Martha Duarte Rivera (H/F 6/15/2005), did not have a driver’s license. A traffic stop confirmed she was driving. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Marion County Jail.
Drive While License Suspended
11/28/2025, 5500 Blk SE Abshier Blvd – Ofc. Driggers conducted a records check on a red Ford pickup (KS #30828) and found the registration had been expired since 2018. A traffic stop revealed the driver, Timothy Fellencer (W/M 12/2/1970), had a suspended license. He was issued a criminal citation.

11/29/2025, 6666 SE 110th St (Opus Bar and Billiards) – Christopher Sudberry accused Melody Mobley of stealing $300 via Cash App. Mobley stated the money had been gifted to her.

11/29/2025, 10500 Blk S US Hwy 441 – Ofc. Driggers observed a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. He discovered the driver, Charley Marcos Santiago (H/M 9/9/2004), had a suspended license. Marcos Santiago was placed under arrest and transported to the Marion County Jail.

11/29/2025, 5700 Blk SE Abshier Blvd – Ofc. Driggers conducted a records check on a silver Toyota sedan (FL #KT835G) and discovered the registered owner did not have a valid license. A traffic stop revealed the driver, Josias Lopez Ramos (H/M 10/25/2005), did not have a license. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Marion County Jail.

11/30/2025, 6000 Blk SE Abshier Blvd – Ofc. Driggers observed a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. He discovered the driver, Roberto Montoya (H/M 10/7/1998), did not have a valid driver’s license. Montoya was placed under arrest and transported to the Marion County Jail.
Battery
11/30/2025, 5921 SE Stetson Rd (Hands of Mercy Everywhere) – Two juvenile females were involved in a physical altercation. Case closed without an arrest.
