On January 28, 2026, at 5302 SE 113th Place, a firearm was collected from a juvenile’s room and placed into evidence as recovered property.

Sometime between January 20 and January 28, 2026, at 6306 SE 113th Street, an unknown person or persons committed the offense of petit theft by taking an engine stand valued at $50 belonging to the victim, Tom Cafaro.

On January 29, 2026, at 5350 SE 110th Street at the Belleview Police Department, an unknown white powdery substance was located and placed into evidence for destruction.

On January 26, 2026, at 6006 SE Abshier Boulevard at the Belleview ER, David J. Anastacio reported that his wallet was missing and he could not locate it.

Fleeing and Eluding

On January 30, 2026, at 10401 South U.S. Highway 441 at Belleview Regional Plaza, Justin Herrick committed the offense of fleeing and eluding by fleeing from police officers following a traffic stop.

On January 30, 2026, at approximately 1 p.m., at South U.S. Highway 441 and SE 119th Street, a death investigation was conducted by the Belleview Police Department.

On January 30, 2026, at 7:38 p.m., at 3665 SE 98th Lane, Jose Aquino was issued a trespass warning for disorderly conduct.

On February 1, 2026, at Publix, 10301 South U.S. Highway 441, employee Russell Hill turned in a pink bag containing suspected drug paraphernalia to the Belleview Police Department.
