Residents of Belleview are encouraged to roll up their sleeves and come together for a meaningful cause at the upcoming Community Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Hosted by the City of Belleview, the event will focus on beautifying the area along SE 102nd Place as part of Environmental Awareness Month and a community service initiative honoring the spirit of the Fourth of July. Volunteers will work side-by-side with City staff to remove litter, improve public spaces, and help preserve the natural charm of the area.
Open to individuals, families, civic groups, and local businesses, the cleanup is designed to foster community pride while making a tangible difference. All necessary materials, including safety vests, gloves, and cleanup supplies, will be provided. Participants are simply asked to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
To help organizers prepare, volunteers are encouraged to register in advance at the City’s website http://www.belleviewfl.org/172/local-events.
Parking will be available at the Old Publix Plaza, located at 10133 S US HWY 441.
By volunteering a few hours of service, residents can make a lasting impact while honoring the spirit of unity and service that defines our nation.
