On 10/27/2026, while on patrol in the City of Belleview, an officer conducted a records check of a license plate attached to a red Jeep Liberty. The records check provided a return advising the registered owner, Christian Scott Ambers, DOB 3/19/99, had a driver’s license that was suspended on 06/29/2026 for failure to pay a traffic fine (penalty).

On 10/27/2026, at 5931 SE Hames Rd., Belleview, FL 34420 (Belleview Kingdom Academy), a juvenile was placed under a Baker Act and transported to SMA Healthcare after she disclosed suicidal ideation.
Grand Theft
On 10/27/2026, at approximately 6:30 PM, an officer was dispatched to 6868 SE 115th Loop in reference to a reported past residential burglary. The reporting party advised that someone had entered his home and taken his dog. He stated he was at work when his camera alerted him to the incident. The dog was found.
Trespass
On 10/28/2026, at approximately 10:30 AM, an officer responded to St. Theresa’s Catholic Church at 11528 S US Hwy 301, Belleview, Marion County, FL, in reference to an alarm call. The officer was approached by a staff member who advised of an unrelated incident. Staff provided surveillance footage showing the defendant returning to the location multiple times after being trespassed.

On 10/30/2026, at 8:16 AM, an officer was dispatched to 10630 SE 51st Ct., Belleview, Marion County, FL 34420, in reference to an alleged battery. The victim advised he works for AT&T and was dispatched to this location to diagnose an issue with the internet service. The victim advised he was invited into the home by the homeowners/customers. He and the customer engaged in a verbal argument regarding the work being conducted. Driving While License Suspended
On 10/30/2026, at approximately 11:45 PM, an officer was patrolling in the City of Belleview when a grey Kia sedan was observed driving southeast on SE Abshier Blvd. The officer conducted a records check and discovered that one of the registered owners, Kent Milton (8/12/1991), had a suspended driver’s license. The officer caught back up to the vehicle in the 12500 block of S US Hwy 441 and conducted a traffic stop. Milton was arrested.
