Preliminary investigation revealed that between 8:00 PM on 06/09/2024 and 11:00 AM on 06/10/2024, an unknown suspect committed the offense of grand theft by stealing a 16-foot enclosed trailer, valued at $7,000.00, while it was unsecuredly parked at the 12000 block of Hwy 441, Belleview, FL 34420.

On 06/09/2024 at approximately 0121 AM at 5750 SE 115th St, St Mary’s Episcopal Church, an unknown person damaged a fire suppression device on the exterior of the building, preventing the use of the device and cutting power to the building.

On 06/09/2024 at 6:30 PM, at SE 57th Ave, Dominick Barrage (B/M 09/04/2004) committed the offense of domestic battery with strangulation by placing his hands around the neck of his girlfriend and restricting her airway before punching her multiple times in the face.

On 06/12/2024 at 5120 SE Abshier Blvd (KFC), former employee Calvin Epps (B/M 10/01/1998) returned to the location and caused a disturbance after receiving a barring notice the day prior.

On 06/13/2024 at 10825 S US Hwy 441 (Spin City Laundry), Jacqueline Darrah (W/F 07/17/1968) was issued a trespass warning from the location.
DOMESTIC BATTERY ON PERSON 65 OR OLDER 06-0233
On 06/13/2024 at 4900 SE 102nd Pl Lot (Golden Oaks MHP), Angela Mitchell (W/F 12/28/1963) committed the listed offense by striking her live-in boyfriend with a metal crutch, causing a laceration to his arm. Mitchell was placed under arrest and transported to the Marion County Jail without incident.

RETAIL THEFT 6-254
Preliminary investigation revealed that on 06/14/2024, an unknown white male suspect and an unknown white female suspect committed the offense of retail petit theft when they were observed at Roses located at 10385 S US Hwy 441 Belleview, FL 34420. Both suspects entered the store together, stashed multiple items in a child’s stroller, and then proceeded to walk out of the store, passing all points of sale. Both suspects were observed leaving the location together without paying for the items. A total estimated value of $200.00 of valuables were stolen.

On 06/14/2024 at approximately 07:32 AM at 5904 SE Hames Rd, Roman Radon (W/M 07/12/1950) was placed under arrest for resisting an officer without violence subsequent to attempting to leave a traffic stop.
CHILD NEGLECT 6-251
On 06/14/2024, Monica Anne Johnston (W/F 04/30/2022) was placed under arrest by Officer Eaglen at her residence, 6220 SE Hames Rd Unit #5, after her infant child was found wandering within the roadway only wearing a diaper, for the second time in a week while Johnston was “asleep” in the residence, having no knowledge her infant left. Johnston was charged with 827.03(2) (d) neglect of a child without great bodily harm.

On 06/14/2024 at approximately 11:36 AM, Moises Vazquez Morales (H/M 07/27/1982) reported that his trailer license plate, FL CTB3972, had been lost in the area of 5515 SE Abshier Blvd on 06/13/2024 between 07:00 AM and 07:10 AM.

On 06/15/2024 at approximately 07:00 AM, Filemon Condado Espiritu (H/M 07/02/1962) was issued a criminal citation for operating a vehicle with no valid driver’s license.

On 06/15/2024, Mell Lee Breckon (W/M 01/10/1976) was arrested for active Belleview Police Department warrants for trespass to land of another, at 10742 SE 55th Ct.
BATTERY 6-280
On 06/15/2024 at 5:26 PM, an alleged battery occurred at 6040 SE Front Rd Belleview FL, 34420. William Fryberger (W/M 11/05/1968) had shoved a female victim off of him according to a witness. Due to both parties being diagnosed with dementia, it was found that William had no intent to actually harm the victim. Case unfounded.

On 06/16/2024 at approximately 3:20 AM at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd (Wawa), Teresa A. Smith (W/F 08/17/1961) was issued a trespass warning in accordance with an open trespass at the business.

On 06/16/2024 at approximately 02:25 PM in the area of the woods south of Rock N Wash, 10477 S US Hwy 441, an unknown white male committed the offense of exposure of sexual organs by allegedly masturbating completely naked in front of customers.
RETAIL GRAND THEFT 6-294
On 06/16/2024 at approximately 03:38 PM at Publix, 10301 S US Hwy 441, two unknown black females, both in white shirts and black pants, committed the offense of grand theft after stealing approximately over $800.00 in alcohol
