Senior Citizen’s Not-So-Happy Meal Lands Man in Hot Water
On July 5, 2024, at the Belleview McDonald’s on 5515 SE Abshier Blvd, the golden arches took on a decidedly less joyful turn yesterday when Claude Mosher (W/M 8/24/1956) was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The incident began when a 9-1-1 call reported an irate Mosher arguing with other customers in the drive-thru, causing a commotion over his apparent Not-So-Happy Meal order. Police arrived to find that Mosher’s troubles extended beyond the drive-thru window, leading to his arrest on multiple charges.
Authorities remind everyone to keep their cool and their contraband at home, even when the McDonald’s cravings strike.
