On 07/26/24 at approximately 8:25 PM, at Publix located at 10301 US Hwy 441, Justin B. Herrick (W/M, 08/30/95) committed the act of trespassing on an occupied structure after warning. An arrest warrant will be sought.
Criminal Mischief
On 07/26/24, an unknown individual vandalized the ATM at 10990 US-441 (South State Bank) by damaging the faceplate of the ATM, causing an estimated $1,000 in damage. This investigation is still ongoing.

On 07/27/24 at approximately 01:00 PM, at Wawa located at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd, Raymond O’Hara (W/M, 09/27/01) was placed under arrest for trespassing on an occupied structure after warning.

On 07/27/24 at approximately 10:30 PM, at Circle K located at 5198 SE Abshier Blvd, Murphy E. Slater (W/M, 09/25/74) was issued a trespass warning by management authorized by an open trespass for being disruptive and possibly committing theft.
Discharging Firearm from Vehicle
Investigation revealed that on 07/27/24 at approximately 11:32 PM, at the intersection of SE 132nd St Rd and SE US Hwy 484, an unknown person(s) discharged a firearm multiple times at two different unrelated victims’ vehicles.
Missing Person
On 8/2/24, at 6251 SE Robinson Rd, Christy Brazwell (W/F, 12/12/88) was reported missing by her sister.
Trespass Warning
On 8/2/24, at Dollar Tree located at 10369 S US Hwy 441, Dustin Fox (W/M, 10/17/91), Robin Wicks (W/F, 11/5/84), and Wesley Wise (W/M, 2/3/88) were trespassed from the location at the request of management.
Recovered Property
On 8/2/24, at Belleview City Hall located at 5343 SE Abshier Blvd, James Winfree (W/M, 11/2/64) surrendered his FMJ single-shot pistol for destruction.
Criminal Mischief – Unfounded
On 8/2/24, at 11152 SE 68th Ct (Autumn Glen), four juvenile males were reported to have vandalized a set of mailboxes at the location. It was discovered that they placed a table on top of the mailboxes but caused no damage. The juveniles were reprimanded and released to their parents. Case closed as unfounded.
Simple Assault
On 8/2/24, at the 5100 block of SE 102nd Pl, an unknown suspect allegedly committed simple assault against Shaquille Richardson (B/M, 10/2/93) by threatening to shoot him and following him in a vehicle.
Driving Under the Influence (2nd Offense)
with Refusal to Submit to Breath Test
On 8/3/24, at SE Mimosa Rd/SE Abshier Blvd, a citizen reported that a truck was stopped in the roadway and was possibly unoccupied. Sgt. Esquivel located the vehicle and discovered the driver, Willson Gulzar (A/M, 10/4/87), had leaned his seat back and was asleep. While making contact, Sgt. Esquivel observed multiple indicators of impairment. Gulzar participated in field sobriety exercises and was subsequently arrested for DUI. At the jail, Gulzar refused to provide a breath sample.

On 8/3/24, at Circle K located at 5198 SE Abshier Blvd, Teresa Smith (W/F, 8/17/61) was issued a trespass warning on behalf of management.

On 8/4/24, at RJ’s Diner located at 10709 S US Hwy 441, an unknown suspect(s) committed petit theft by taking Thomas McDonnell’s (W/M, 5/31/75) bicycle and two baskets of clothing.
