The Belleview United Methodist Church held their VBS from Monday, July 29, 2024, through Friday, August 2, 2024. They also celebrated with a church picnic on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at noon, directly after mass with the church congregation and the VBS children.
VBS started at 5:30 PM and ended at 8:00 PM. The children who attended ranged from 3 to 12 years old, and there were approximately 60 children registered. On Thursday, August 1, 2024, the church brought in an ice cream truck for the kids. It was a fun and educational week for the children, which included rotating each evening through Science Lab, Crafts, Recreation, and Snacks, served from an adorable food truck.
Belleview United Methodist Church is accepting canned vegetables, soups, and meat to donate to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church’s Food Pantry. If you would like to donate, you can drop the items off at BUMC.
