I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the chaos at West Port High School! Five students were involved in a fight. The principal, while trying to intervene, ended up in the hospital. Seriously?
They all need to be held accountable to the full extent of the law. What’s happening with these kids? When did schools become UFC arenas? It’s embarrassing and downright scary to see our society’s future act like this.
Where’s the respect? The common sense? The teacher’s salaries could be tripled and it still wouldn’t be worth dealing with that.
I really hope authorities crack down with zero tolerance. Maybe it’ll knock some sense into these knuckleheads. Let’s hope the message gets through: School is for learning, not brawling.
