Friday, September 6, was a rainy night for the football game between the Belleview High School Rattlers and the Chiefland High School Indians. The Strike Zone at Brent Hall Stadium in Belleview resembled a swamp, but that didn’t stop the boys from playing.
The Rattlers struggled throughout the game, and the Chiefland Indians capitalized on it. The final score was Chiefland 44, Belleview 0.
The game kicked off at 7:30 PM, with the Belleview High School Band performing the National Anthem.
