On 10/02/2024 at Publix/Belleview Regional Plaza, 10301 S US Hwy 441 – An unidentified male allegedly pushed Kevin Hooker off his bicycle during an argument. Surveillance footage revealed the incident was unfounded.

On 10/03/2024 at 10906 SE 51st Ct – A juvenile male was placed under a Baker Act after harming his mother during a violent outburst.

On 10/04/2024 at 6:20 AM – 10366 S US Hwy Belleview, FL, Lot 1 – Travis Rutherford was arrested for criminal mischief, possession of marijuana (less than 20 grams), and possession of drug paraphernalia, while being arrested on an active Belleview warrant for burglary of a conveyance by Ofc. Rodriguez.

On 10/06/2024 at 3:18 AM – Belleview Sports Complex, 6500 SE 107th St – A suspicious incident was documented involving multiple unlicensed juveniles in a vehicle at the park after it was closed. The juveniles were released to their guardians.
