On 11/18/2024, at approximately 6:20 PM, at Hands of Mercy Everywhere, 6017 SE Robinson Rd, Belleview, FL, a battery occurred between two juveniles. Probable cause did not exist for an arrest.

Between 11/20/2024 and 11/21/2024, an unknown individual committed offenses by entering the victim’s carport, breaking the lock off a bicycle, and stealing the bicycle.
Petit Theft
On 11/20/2024, at approximately 9:30 PM, officers responded to Family Dollar, 5810 SE Abshier Blvd, where a white male concealed a $30 blanket under his shirt.
Suspicious Incident
On 11/20/2024, at 5068 SE Abshier Blvd, a subject was opening business accounts and acting suspicious. The bank manager suspected involvement in a mail theft ring. Later that day, the suspect attempted to open another account at 10990 US Hwy 441. Contact was made with the suspect, who stated all accounts were opened under instructions using his name. The case remains open.
Missing Person
On 11/20/2024, at approximately 11:19 PM, at Prestige Manor 3, 6333 SE Babb Rd, William Ous was reported missing by staff. He was located by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office through a citizen’s report on 11/22/2024.
Identity Theft
On 11/21/2024, the victim reported that someone had stolen her identity and opened a credit line using her information.
Battery
On 11/22/2024, at approximately 2:00 AM, at Bumpers Pub, 10837 S US Hwy 441, an unknown Hispanic male committed battery by striking the victim in the face with a closed fist.
Uttering Forged Instrument, Resisting Without Violence
On 11/22/2024, at 7:04 PM, at CVS, 5800 SE Abshier Blvd, Christina Green was arrested by Cpl. Hunt for two counts of uttering a forged instrument, resisting without violence, and violation of probation.
Retail Petit Theft
On 11/24/2024, at 7:28 AM, at Wawa, 5726 SE Abshier Blvd, an unknown white male committed retail petit theft by stealing $282.85 worth of beer.
Missing Person Runaway
On 11/24/2024, at 8:20 PM, at Hands of Mercy Everywhere, 6017 SE Robinson Rd, a juvenile was reported as a missing runaway. The juvenile was later located and returned to the location.
