Night to Shine Ocala Seeks Volunteers for a Memorable Evening

The clock is ticking, and the countdown is on for *Night to Shine*, a prom experience like no other, tailored exclusively for individuals with special needs. Hosted by One Life Fellowship and sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, the event will take place on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 6–9 p.m. at 3740 E Silver Springs Boulevard in Ocala.

From red carpet entrances to paparazzi-worthy photo ops, the night promises limousine rides, hair and makeup stations, and plenty of joy to go around. But to make this night unforgettable, a few more helping hands are needed.

Volunteer Spots are Vanishing Fast!

If you’ve ever dreamed of being someone’s prom hero, now’s your chance. The event offers two primary roles for volunteers:

• Buddy: Spend the evening paired with a guest, ensuring they have the night of their life.

• General Volunteer: Assist with activities like serving dinner or even shining shoes to make the event extra special.

Volunteers play a crucial role in creating magic that guests—and their caregivers—will cherish forever. Whether you’re escorting guests down the red carpet or putting a smile on their faces at the dinner table, you’re part of a bigger story of joy and inclusion.

A Tradition of Celebration

Night to Shine is a nationwide initiative that has been sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation since 2015. Tebow, a former NFL quarterback and University of Florida football star, has dedicated this annual event to creating a space where everyone feels like royalty. Hosted by churches across the country, it takes place every year on the Friday before Valentine’s Day.
