At 5838 SE Robinson Rd, Apt. V (Lakeview Apartments), Philip Hatt (W/M, 02/14/1945) committed the offense of trespass in an occupied structure by entering the listed apartment without authorization. Sergeant Miley responded and investigated the incident. The case was submitted to the State Attorney’s Office for review and issuance of an arrest warrant.
Child Neglect, Petit Theft

Officers responded to Lake Lillian following multiple reports of a nude male toddler on the dock and a woman acting erratically. The woman, identified as Cheri Lee Rogers (W/F, 10/20/1986), confronted a family, threw their fishing poles into the lake, and attempted to throw their dog into the water. The toddler suffered from a severe sunburn and dehydration after being outside for hours. Marion County Fire Rescue evaluated the toddler and Rogers on scene. The Florida Department of Children and Families took custody of the child. Corporal Eaglen arrested Rogers and transported her to the Marion County Jail.
