Trespass After Warning 

05/05/2025, 10775 S US Hwy 441 (Dollar General) – James Langford (W/M 12/06/1998) committed the offense by returning to the location and causing a verbal disturbance after being trespassed the day prior. Cpl. Harrington placed Langford under arrest and transported him to the Marion County Jail without incident. 

Retail Theft 

05/05/2025, 10369 S US Hwy 441 (Dollar Tree) – An unidentified white female committed the offense by concealing merchandise in her purse and leaving the business without paying. 

Petit Theft 

05/05/2025, 6017 SE Robinson Rd (Hands of Mercy Everywhere) – An unknown suspect(s) stole an iPad belonging to Aubrey Catlett (W/F 1/08/2005). 

Lost Property 

05/05/2025, 11310 S US Hwy 301 (Winn Dixie) – Antion Roberts (B/M 3/6/1965) reported his wallet missing. 

Recovered Property 

05/05/2025, 5716 SE Abshier Blvd (Mark’s Pawn) – Staff located a baggie containing an unknown crystalline substance, which was placed into evidence for destruction. 

Physical Disturbance 

05/05/2025, 6017 SE Robinson Rd (Hands of Mercy Everywhere) – Three female juveniles were involved in a physical disturbance. 

Grand Theft 

05/06/2025, 5119 SE 102nd Pl Unit 203 (Dragstews) – An unknown suspect(s) stole a transmission valued at $1,500.00. 

Drive While License Suspended 

05/07/2025, SE Hames Rd/SE Baseline Rd – Chelsea Ilg (W/F 12/07/1988) was operating her orange Ford Mustang with a suspended license. Sgt. Esquivel issued Ilg a criminal citation. 

Driving Under the Influence 

05/10/2025, 5700 Blk SE Abshier Blvd – Sgt. Esquivel observed a black sedan cross multiple lanes of travel in one motion, drive through a left-turn lane, and over yellow safety zone lines. The driver, Edwin Solis Suarez (H/M 5/9/1980), exhibited indicators of impairment. Solis Suarez admitted to consuming several beers at a local restaurant while celebrating his birthday. He performed field sobriety exercises and was placed under arrest for DUI. He provided a breath sample of 0.153 at the Marion County Jail. 

Baker Act 

05/10/2025, 6000 Blk SE Abshier Blvd – A Hispanic female was placed under a Baker Act after threatening multiple people and refusing to take her medications. 

Suspicious Incident 

05/10/2025, 6640 SE 110th St (Bella’s Collision) – Barron Millet reported that the business removed parts from his vehicle without his permission. The case remains pending.
