6/16/2025, 11900 Blk S US Hwy 441 – Cpl. Harrington conducted a traffic stop for an expired tag and because the registered owner’s license was suspended. Cpl. Harrington confirmed the driver was indeed the registered owner, Alexandria Anderson (W/F 11/3/1986), and her license was both suspended and revoked for DUI. Anderson explained she had been issued a hardship license for business purposes but admitted she was coming from a massage clinic. Cpl. Harrington placed Anderson under arrest and transported her to the Marion County Jail without incident.

6/22/2025, 5600 Blk SE Abshier Blvd – Cpl. Hunt observed a black Dodge Ram truck (Florida tag #90CCSW) use a bicycle lane as a right-turn lane and conducted a traffic stop in the Burger King parking lot. The driver, Richard Vanjoske (W/M 12/10/1971), called out to someone waiting in the parking lot to come take something from him because he was going to jail. Vanjoske provided an identification card and told Cpl. Hunt that he did not have a driver’s license due to overdue child support. Cpl. Hunt discovered several active suspensions, including a revocation designating Vanjoske as a habitual traffic offender. Cpl. Hunt placed Vanjoske under arrest and transported him to the Marion County Jail without incident.
