Marion County Graduation Schedules Announced

Marion County Public Schools is proud to announce commencement exercises and related events for the Class of 2026.

Nearly 3,500 seniors are attending classes across seven public high schools as of today. Most will graduate with high school diplomas conferred by Superintendent Dr. Danielle Brewer and members of the Marion County School Board.

High schools provide tickets to graduating seniors for ceremonies to share with their families and friends. 

Graduation ceremony guests will be required to walk through OpenGate® weapons detection systems. No bags or purses will be allowed, and guests are encouraged to leave behind items that could trigger the systems including eyeglass cases, umbrellas, and larger electronic devices like laptops and tablets.

Class of 2026 graduation events by school include:

Belleview High

Graduation: May 23, 8 a.m., Brent Hall Field at Belleview High School

Baccalaureate: May 14, 6 p.m., New Beginnings Community Church

Dunnellon High

Graduation: May 28, 6 p.m., Richard Kennedy Stadium at Dunnellon High School

Baccalaureate: May 21, 6 p.m., First Methodist Church of Dunnellon

Forest High

Graduation: May 30, 8 a.m., Ocala World Equestrian Center

Baccalaureate: May 21, 6:30 p.m., First Baptist Church of Ocala

Hillcrest School

Graduation: May 22, 11 a.m., Hillcrest School Gymnasium

Lake Weir High

Graduation: May 22, 6 p.m., Lake Weir High School Stadium

Baccalaureate: May 18, 6 p.m., Wings of Faith Fellowship

Marion Technical College

Graduation: June 15, 6 p.m., First Baptist Church of Ocala

North Marion High

Graduation: May 29, 7 p.m., Southeastern Livestock Pavilion

Baccalaureate: May 27, 6 p.m., North Marion High School Auditorium

Vanguard High

Graduation: May 29, 8 a.m., Southeastern Livestock Pavilion

Baccalaureate: May 21, 6 p.m., Generation Church

West Port High

Graduation: May 30, 5 p.m., Ocala World  Equestrian Center

Baccalaureate: May 28, 6 p.m., West Port Performing Arts Center (PAC)

MCPS Summer Graduation will also be held July 23, 6 p.m., in the Browne Greaton Cole Auditorium on the Bridgeway Academy campus in Ocala.
