On July 6, 2026, at the Wells Fargo parking lot located at 5407 SE 111th St., an unknown driver operating a white Dodge pickup truck left the scene of a crash after backing out of a parking space and colliding with another parked vehicle. The driver left without stopping to provide any information.
GRAND THEFT OF A FIREARM
On July 6, 2026, at approximately 6:33 p.m., at 5524 SE 110th Place, an unknown individual committed grand theft of a firearm by stealing a safe from the bedroom of victim Richard Bojanowski (WM, 10/27/1978). The safe contained two handguns and other items valued at $338.00, which were taken without the victim’s permission.
HIT AND RUN
On July 10, 2026, an unknown suspect driving a 2014 gray Buick SUV left the scene of a crash involving property damage after causing a motor vehicle accident.
DUI
On July 11, 2026, at Truist Bank, 5760 SE Highway 484, Kyle Mulhearn (WM, 2/23/1996) was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop for speeding.
GRAND THEFT
Between June 27, 2026, and July 5, 2026, at 6910 SE 112th Lane, Belleview, an unknown suspect stole a Wayfair couch valued at $537.50. The couch had been delivered in two separate boxes and left in the residence’s driveway.
HIT AND RUN
On July 10, 2026, in the 5100 block of SE Abshier Boulevard, an unidentified white male left the scene of a crash involving injuries after striking a pedestrian on a scooter and leaving without providing information or contacting law enforcement.
RETAIL THEFT
On July 11, 2026, at Wawa, 5726 SE Abshier Blvd., Charles Barr (WM, 11/27/1980) was charged with retail theft after taking $29.17 worth of food items without paying.
DUI
On July 12, 2026, at Circle K, 5198 SE Abshier Blvd., Maikel Licea Lala (HM, 10/11/1985) was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop for loud music. Breath samples registered 0.126 and 0.135.
