On 06/05/2024, investigation revealed that Tiana Marie Smith (W/F 01/14/1981) was issued a trespass warning from 10369 US-441 [Dollar Tree].
BAKER ACT
On 06/06/2024, at Hands of Mercy Everywhere, Inc., located at 6017 SE Robinson Rd, Belleview, FL 34420, a juvenile was placed under a Baker Act after she made suicidal statements.
DEATH INVESTIGATION
On 06/07/2024, 6140 SE Cypress Rd, a death investigation was conducted concerning decedent John Osada, W/M DOB: 07/20/1953.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On 06/08/2024, 11528 S US HWY 301 (St. Theresa’s Catholic Church), two unknown suspects committed the offense of criminal mischief to a place of worship by damaging two disabled parking signs, causing approximately $500.00 in damage.
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
On 06/08/2024, 10500 block S US HWY 441, PFC. Hunt arrested Zachary Grolemund, W/M DOB: 09/21/1989, for the previously established probable cause affidavit for aggravated assault and subsequently located drug paraphernalia on the suspect.
NO VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
On 06/08/2024, 6446 SE 112th St, PFC. Eckert issued Hannah Thorpe, W/F DOB: 01/28/1990, a criminal citation for no valid driver’s license subsequent to a traffic crash.
BURGLARY STRUCTURE / GRAND THEFT
On 06/09/2024, 10915 S US HWY 441 (Akram Smoke Shop), an unknown suspect committed burglary and grand theft.
TRESPASS AFTER WARNING
On 06/09/2024, 10742 SE 55th Ct, Mell Breckon, W/M DOB 01/10/1976, committed the offense of trespass after warning by returning to the location after previously being issued a trespass warning. A warrant is being sought for his arrest.
