It was a perfect summer night on Friday, August 23, 2024, for a football game. Belleview High School hosted the Eastside Rams at The Strike Zone at Brent Hall Stadium in Belleview. The game started at 7:30 PM.
BHS honored its teachers and staff, as well as youth football players and cheerleaders at the game. Youth football players and cheerleaders of all ages were present on the field during the opening Pledge of Allegiance. The final score was 41-3, with the Eastside Rams winning the game.

The Belleview Rattlers sported new uniforms this year—black with blue—but will still wear their customary blue uniforms as well.
There is a new excitement with the Rattlers this year. Maybe it’s the team’s new Head Coach, Josh Sigler, or maybe it’s a team that wants to come through for their fans. Regardless, it’s contagious! The Belleview Rattlers didn’t win this first game, but there are more to come, and those who have the opportunity to watch these young men on the field know it is not for lack of trying.
