Burglary with Assault or Battery, Aggravated Assault, Grand Theft, Resisting an Officer Without Violence
On 09/20/2024 at approximately 11:00 PM at 10653 SE 52nd Ct, Tamara Delucian (W/F, DOB: 12/08/1985) was placed under arrest after committing the offenses of burglary with assault or battery, aggravated assault, grand theft, and resisting an officer without violence. An unknown white female named “Nikki” also committed the offenses of battery and burglary with battery, then fled the scene in a white 2000s model Chevrolet Impala with a black bumper. A second suspect, Lindsey N. Bodnaruk (W/F, DOB: 12/18/1980), was arrested for burglary with battery on 09/21/2024.

On 09/21/2024 at approximately 2:26 PM, in the 6000 block of SE Abshier Blvd, a records check on FL tag 58AFKV returned to Luis Alanso Aguilar Ruiz (H/M, DOB: 08/02/1989), who was operating the motor vehicle without possessing a valid Florida driver’s license.
