The Lake Weir Hurricanes faced off against the Trenton Tigers on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 7:30 PM on their home field at Lake Weir High School.
The game marked the Hurricanes’ Homecoming 2024, filled with excitement. Caryanne Turner was crowned Homecoming Queen, and Mikey O’Brian became Homecoming King, while the Lake Weir Marching Band performed during halftime. Congratulations to the entire Homecoming Court!
The Lake Weir Hurricanes claimed victory, scoring 27 points to the Trenton Tigers’ 16. The Hurricanes dominated the game from start to finish.
Lake Weir will take the field again when they travel to Crystal River on Friday, September 27, 2024.
