On 12/02/2024, at approximately 4:49 PM, at the Belleview Police Department, 5350 SE 110th ST, Belleview, FL, Ofc. Rodriguez arrested Edgar Bonilla Rodriguez for an active Marion County arrest warrant for violation of probation for petit theft and permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

On 12/04/2024, at approximately 6:33 AM, at 11221 SE 54th Ave, Jimmy W.P. Haymons (W/M, 03/18/1976) was located and arrested on felony warrants for false imprisonment and reckless driving out of Marion County.
Runaway
On 12/04/2024, a juvenile female was reported missing from 6017 SE Robinson Rd. [Hands of Mercy]. The juvenile was found at Lake Lillian and returned to the residence.
Marchman Act
On 12/06/2024, an adult male was placed under a Marchman Act subsequent to an overdose.
Leave Scene of Crash Involving Damage
On 12/06/2024, at approximately 3:10 PM, at SE 55th Ave and SE Abshier Blvd, Belleview, FL, an adult female committed the offense of leaving the scene of a crash involving damage. Aileen Lawless was later located and stated she was unaware the minor traffic crash had occurred.
Missing Person – Runaway
On 12/06/2024, at approximately 6:30 PM, at Hands of Mercy Everywhere, 6017 SE Robinson Rd, Belleview, FL, a juvenile was reported as a missing runaway. The juvenile later returned to the location.
Baker Act
On 12/06/2024, at approximately 8:47 PM, at Hands of Mercy Everywhere, 6017 SE Robinson Rd, Belleview, FL, a juvenile was placed under a Baker Act after making suicidal and homicidal statements.
Lost Property
Between 09/01/2024 and 09/07/2024, a turquoise necklace and two knives, each valued at $60.00, were reported as lost property.
Assist Other Agency
On 12/07/2024, at approximately 12:55 AM, in the 10800 Block of S US Hwy 441, Belleview, FL, Cpl. Hunt assisted the Marion County Sheriff’s Office with a vehicle pursuit.
