On 12/11/2024 at approximately 7:09 PM, at 5947 SE Earp Rd, Belleview, FL, Mitchell Searle was arrested by Cpl. Harrington for the offenses of four counts of burglary of an occupied dwelling, one count of burglary of an occupied conveyance with battery, one count of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, three counts of criminal mischief ($200-$1,000), two counts of resisting an officer without violence, one count of felony petit theft (3rd or subsequent offense), and one count of battery.

Rodriguez apprehended Cotto and transported him to the Marion County Jail.

On 12/14/2024, following a traffic stop in the 11600 block of US-441, Jeybin Eduardo Ayala (H/M 08/22/1994) was discovered to be operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Ofc. Brown placed Ayala under arrest.
