On Saturday, December 14, 2024, St. Theresa’s Catholic Church on Highway 301 in Belleview hosted a star-studded Christmas party with an array of special guests. Olaf from Frozen made an appearance, joined by Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Mrs. Claus, and, of course, the big man himself— Santa Claus. However, the most special guests of all were the friends of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, who gathered to celebrate the season.
The party, which began at noon, featured over 1,000 delectable cookies for children and their families to enjoy. While the kids celebrated with Santa and his festive crew, parents picked up gifts for their children. These presents were generously donated by St. Theresa’s parishioners, who compiled and carefully reviewed a list of needs and wishes from children in Belleview and Summerfield.
