TRESPASS – WARNING ISSUED
On 05/26/2025 at approximately 8:15 a.m., at 5201 SE Abshier Blvd (Diamond Auto Wash), Nicholas J. Lay (W/M 05/07/1993) was issued a trespass warning from the business subsequent to causing a disturbance.
RETAIL THEFT
On 05/24/2025 at approximately 9:00 p.m., at 5018 SE Abshier Blvd (Family Dollar), an unknown white female committed the offense of retail petit theft by stealing cosmetic nails valued at $6.00.
MARCHMAN ACT
On 05/26/2025 at approximately 10:27 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a well-being check. Upon making contact, an adult male was placed under a Marchman Act.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
On 05/27/2025 at approximately 12:43 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 6400 block of SE 111th St. in reference to a 911 hang-up. After further investigation, Louis Moreno (H/M 07/20/1969) was placed under arrest for domestic battery by strangulation after allegedly strangling the victim during an argument.
GRAND THEFT
On 05/27/2025 at 6006 SE Abshier Blvd (Advent Health Emergency Department), Lucrecia Charron (W/F 08/26/1970) committed grand theft by taking a wheelchair valued at approximately $800 from the location. This case has been sent to the State Attorney’s Office to review for issuance of an arrest warrant.

On 05/22/2025 at Belleview Elementary School, 5556 County Rd 484, Lurainie Coleman (B/F 11/21/1974) allegedly committed the offense of battery against a juvenile by grabbing their arm during Field Day, causing a minor bruise.

On 05/23/2025 at Belleview Elementary School, 5556 County Rd 484, a juvenile committed the offense of battery by grabbing another juvenile by their shirt and scratching their face on the school bus.
TRESPASS WARNING
On 05/28/2025 at Silver Line Design, 10314 S US Hwy 441, Belleview, FL, Christina Williamson (W/F 08/23/1972) and Pamela Kennedy (W/F 01/29/1951) were issued trespass warnings on behalf of employee Sheri Wood (W/F 06/18/1971) after a disturbance.

On 05/28/2025 at South State Bank, 10990 S US Hwy 441, Belleview, FL, an unknown person committed the offense of scheme to defraud (less than $20,000) against Erin Johnson (W/F 12/11/1989).

On 05/28/2025 at 8:30 p.m. at Lakeview Apartments (5838 SE Robinson Rd), Kelvin Jefferson (B/M 12/30/1991) committed the offenses of trespass after warning and possession of drug paraphernalia by being observed at the location after previously being formally trespassed and being in possession of a glass smoking pipe.

On 05/28/2025 at 3:05 p.m. at Family Dollar (5810 SE Abshier Blvd), an unidentified white female committed the offense of retail petit theft by opening a box of fake nails inside the store and leaving without paying. (Loss: $7.00)

On 05/28/2025 at 7:11 p.m. at Family Dollar (5810 SE Abshier Blvd), an unidentified white female committed the offense of retail petit theft by opening a box of Crush drink packets, removing the contents into her purse, and leaving without paying. (Loss: $1.47)

TRESPASS AFTER WARNING
On 05/29/2025 at 5176 SE 112th St Rd #B, Brianna Brown (W/F 05/01/2001) committed the offenses of domestic battery, criminal mischief, and trespass after warning against the victim by headbutting her in the chin and damaging her car windshield. Brown was arrested at OPUS (6666 SE 110th St), where she is trespassed from.
