On 12/19/2025 at approximately 1:08 a.m. at 5838 SE Robinson Rd., Eduardo Morales Pereira (H/M 01/12/1993) reported that an unknown white female took his Samsung phone out of his vehicle, valued at approximately $100.
RESISTING WITHOUT VIOLENCE, BURGLARY
On 12/18/2025 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 11528 US-301, Yimi R. Martinez Ruiz (H/M 02/27/1975) committed the offenses of resisting without violence and burglary of an occupied dwelling by fleeing from law enforcement on foot and entering a home unwelcomed with the intent to hide from law enforcement.
AGGRAVATED BATTERY
On 12/18/2025 in the 5700 block of SE Abshier Blvd., an unidentified Black female committed the offense of aggravated battery by intentionally striking the victim with her red SUV following a road rage incident.
PETIT THEFT
Investigation revealed that between 10/18/2025 and 12/18/2025, Ryan Barnes committed the offense of petit theft by taking items belonging to the victim, Mackenzie Barnes (W/F 11/20/1993), valued at $340, from her residence located at 11322 SE 55th Ave. Rd., #301.
TRESPASS WARNING
On 12/18/2025 at 6666 SE 110th St. (Opus), Kalene Elizabeth Pagan (W/F 08/23/1990) and Joshua Ryan Meixner Young (O/M 10/23/1994) were issued trespass warnings following a verbal disturbance.
THEFT, RESISTING WITHOUT VIOLENCE, POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE
On 12/17/2025 at 5216 SE 113th St., Brian Barber (W/M 09/25/1985) committed the offenses of mail theft against Ruth A. LaCombe (W/F 11/19/1944) by stealing mail from her mailbox, and fleeing, resisting without violence, possession of methamphetamine, and introduction of contraband against the State of Florida.
PETIT THEFT, TRESPASS WARNING
On 12/17/2025 at The Bearded Browncoat, 10325 S. US Hwy. 441, Alex Gagne (W/M 08/29/2007) committed the offense of retail petit theft after stealing an undetermined amount of single trading cards. Gagne was issued a trespass warning by management, and the case was closed without an arrest.
BURGLARY, RESISTING WITHOUT VIOLENCE
On 12/17/2025 at 5155 SE 115th St., Apt. 18, Jossadath Albarran Melendez (H/M 07/19/1998) committed the offenses of burglary of a conveyance and resisting an officer without violence by fleeing on foot when officers arrived on scene and entering an unlocked recreational vehicle parked in the yard at 5201 SE 114th Pl. in an attempt to hide from officers.
