As the City of Belleview prepares to host its first-ever fireworks celebration, city officials are recognizing the community partners whose support has helped transform a vision into reality.
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, thousands of residents and visitors are expected to gather at the Belleview Sports Complex for Belleview’s inaugural fireworks event, held in conjunction with the nationwide America250 celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States. The free event will feature food trucks, family activities, inflatables, face painting and a professionally produced fireworks display.
The historic celebration has been made possible in part through the generosity and commitment of local business partners who share the City’s vision of creating memorable experiences for residents while strengthening community pride.
Serving as the event’s Title Sponsor is Belleview Gateway Marketplace, soon-to-be Belleview’s newest retail and dining destination currently under development along U.S. Highway 441. The organization contributed $30,000 in funding toward operational expenses, helping support event logistics, infrastructure, safety measures, entertainment, and other critical components necessary to host an event of this scale.
City officials say the sponsorship reflects a strong commitment to the Belleview community even before the development officially opens its doors.
In addition to financial support, the City is also recognizing Camping World of Summerfield for providing an RV that will serve as the event’s unified public safety command center. The vehicle will be utilized jointly by the Belleview Police Department and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office throughout the celebration.
The mobile command center will allow law enforcement agencies and emergency personnel to coordinate operations, monitor event activities, communicate in real time, and respond quickly should any issues arise.
The City also expressed appreciation for the many sponsors, volunteers, public safety personnel, city staff members, and community supporters who have contributed time, resources, and expertise to help prepare for the celebration.
