Months of planning and coordination have gone into preparing for the celebration. The City has worked closely with public safety agencies, event partners, volunteers, sponsors, and community organizations to develop traffic management, parking, emergency response, and operational plans designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, utilize designated parking areas and shuttle services, and follow directions from event staff and public safety personnel throughout the evening.
