DUI
On 10/10/2026 an officer responded to 11500 Block US Hwy 441 in reference to a singular vehicle car accident the driver was identified as Brice L Hall W/M 02/18/1997 he crashed into the guardrail no injuries or medical attention needed. Based on indicators that he was under the influence, the officer requested Brice perform a field sobriety exercises which he agreed. Based on my observations during the field sobriety exercises he was placed under arrest and transported to jail.
DWLSR
On 10/12/2026 Ronald Brian Comer was stopped for traveling without his headlights or tail lamps activated while dark outside, it was confirmed his drivers license are suspended. He was arrested and transported to jail.
FRAUD
On 10/13/2026 Erica-lee Maguire VIA phone call, said she received a collection letter from Duke Energy for a Belleview address which isn’t her, she resided in Jacksonville and has never lived in Belleview. Case is still active.
TRESPASS
On 10/13/2026 at Wawa 5726 SE Abshier Blvd, Mary Grace Pierce W/F DOB 12/281982 did commit the offense of trespass after warning and resist officer without violence. She was arrested and transported to Marion Co Jail.
FOUND PROPERTY
On 10/14/2026 a wallet was turned in by a citizen which was found at a bus stop.
