The city of Belleview is buzzing with construction activity as several residential developments make significant progress. Here’s a look at the latest updates:
Kreb’s Corner (off C25):
This community of 18 homes is steadily taking shape. Four homes are currently under construction, while another four have already received their Certificates of Occupancy (CO), signaling they’re ready for residents. Additionally, four new applications are currently under review, promising more growth soon.

Autumn Glen Phase 1:
Autumn Glen is proving to be a popular choice for homebuyers. Out of the 164 planned units, 27 homes are actively being built. An impressive 131 homes, including the model home, have already received their COs, allowing new residents to settle in. Three more permit applications are under review, ensuring that the community continues to expand.
Bennah Oaks (HWY 484):
Bennah Oaks is the largest of the three developments, with 419 units in the works. The Phase 1 Final Plat and Developer Agreement have been recorded, setting the stage for future growth. Century Communities and Highland Homes have already secured 57 single-family residential (SFR) permits. Nine additional permits are ready to be issued pending payment, and 10 more applications are under review.
