Uttering Forged Bills, Petit Theft
On 10/18/2024 at Family Dollar, 5810 SE Abshier Blvd, an unknown white male committed the offenses of uttering forged bills, violating the Florida Communications Fraud Act, and petit theft by reloading a PayPal account with three fraudulent $100 bills.

On 10/23/2024 at approximately 7:43 am at 5556 SE US Hwy 441, Belleview, a traffic stop was conducted on vehicle FL #RGKV41. Investigation revealed the driver, Edgar Rafael Rojas, did not possess a valid driver’s license.
Baker Act
On 10/23/2024 at approximately 9:44 am, a female juvenile was placed under a Baker Act and transported to SMA in Ocala.
No Valid DL
On 10/23/2024 at approximately 1:59 pm in the 5400 blk of SE Hames Rd, Leodenix Lopez Solis (DOB 06/03/2000) was arrested for no valid driver’s license and transported to the Marion County Jail.
Leaving the Scene of Crash
On 10/23/2024, a hit-and-run collision occurred at the intersection of C-25 and SE Baseline Road. Witnesses observed Lydia Josephine Vannatter speeding and colliding with a red Toyota RAV-4 driven by Socorro Feliciano. Vannatter fled the scene but was later located at Belleview ER, where she admitted to the accident. She was issued citations for leaving the scene and careless driving.

On 10/25/2024 at 8:36 am, an infant juvenile was reported alone in the roadway.
Possession of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia
On 10/25/2024 at 8:20 pm at 10377 S US Hwy 441, Pfc. Hunt located Hope Wright and Garrett Thalgott with heroin and drug paraphernalia. Cpl. Harrington and Officer Soto arrested both subjects for training purposes.
Expired Driver’s License Over 6 Months
On 10/26/2024 at approximately 11:16 am at SE Abshier Blvd/SE 110th St, Officer Brown issued Christine Gourley a criminal citation for an expired driver’s license over six months following a traffic stop.
Trespass Warning
On 10/26/2024 at 2:23 pm at 10386 SE 52nd Ct, Shelbie and Randall Martel were issued trespass warnings after a disturbance involving a handgun.
Violation of Injunction
On 10/26/2024 at 4:00 pm at 4900 SE 102nd Pl, Lot 41, Pfc. Eckert arrested Michael Combs for violating a domestic violence injunction.
Missing Person – Runaway
On 10/26/2024 at 7:37 pm at Hands of Mercy Everywhere, 6017 SE Robinson Rd, two juveniles were reported missing from a trunk-or-treat event at Lake Lillian.
Warrant Arrest
On 10/27/2024 at 1:00 am in the 10100 blk of S US Hwy 441, Cpl. Harrington and Officer Soto arrested Danny Anzardo on a Marion County warrant for petit theft.

On 10/27/2024 at 3:34 pm at SE Hwy 484/ SE 132nd St Rd, Pfc. Eckert issued Victoriano Ramos Saucedo a criminal citation for no valid driver’s license after a traffic crash.
Trespass Occupied Structure After Warning
On 10/27/2024 at 10:20 pm at Rock N Wash II, 10477 S US Hwy 441, Jose Adames was arrested for trespassing an occupied structure after warning.

On 10/25/2024 at 2:30 pm at Vin Mar Motel, 5018 SE Abshier Blvd, room 6, Officer Rodriguez arrested Eric Hart on active warrants from Marion and Sumter counties, including warrants for drug possession and false imprisonment.
Civil
On 10/25/2024 at approximately 5:00 pm at SE 106th St and S US Hwy 441, a subject caused $5,000 in damage to the Cobblestone entrance gate. Virgil Whitecotton later arranged to pay for the damages after admitting he struck the gate with his vehicle.
