At approximately 1:42 PM at Circle K, 5198 SE Abshier Blvd, Belleview, Christian Lee Walls committed the offense of resisting with violence by attempting to bite Officer C. Rodriguez while being detained.

Domestic Battery
At approximately 2:20 PM, Zachary L. Swisher committed domestic battery by striking his girlfriend multiple times with a closed fist and dragging her by her hair.

Later in the day, a juvenile female was placed under a Baker Act after expressing suicidal ideations. She was transported to The Vines without incident.

At approximately 2:51 AM at Wawa, 5726 SE Abshier Blvd, Belleview, Summer Helm committed the offense of criminal mischief by using a metal object to scratch the paint of a vehicle belonging to Richard Deidesheimer, causing approximately $500 in damage.
Burglary, Petit Theft
At approximately 6:00 PM at Save-A-Lot, 10751 S US Hwy 441, Belleview, an unknown suspect entered a red Mazda pickup and stole a yellow cigarette case valued at $100, a Florida driver’s license, a Social Security card, and an insurance card.

At approximately 1:30 AM at Opus Bar, 6666 SE 110th St, Belleview, three unknown subjects committed battery and criminal mischief by assaulting a victim and breaking her cellphone, valued at $100.
