Get ready for a sizzling good time this Friday, August 18, 2025, as Belleview’s Friday Foodie Fest returns to Lake Lillian! The annual event, hosted by the City of Belleview, will bring food lovers and families together for an evening filled with flavor, fun, and entertainment.
The festivities kick off at 5:00 PM and will continue until 9:00 PM, with an impressive lineup of food vendors serving up everything from hot hoagies to Maryland-inspired Chesapeake flavors. Of course, there will also be plenty of cool treats like ice cream, shaved ice, and freshly squeezed lemonade to beat the summer heat.
For the little ones (and the young-at-heart), Tim’s Train Rides will be offering free rides, while inflatables and free face painting by Creative Chippy will keep everyone entertained. Plus, local tunes will keep the energy high as the sun sets over Lake Lillian.

On July 18, 2025, Graphicten owners, Cristy and Michael Shihinski, who are one of the sponsors of Belleview’s Friday Foodie Fest, along with Joe Reichel from Belleview CEP were on hand to showcase Graphicten and enjoy a night out with their community. Michael raved about Backstage Grill’s “Italian Job”, that is an Italian sausage hoagie with all the fixings, including fries and the fresh squeezed Lemonade from Poppin & Shakin, he gets this delicious duo every time.
Belleview resident Henry Fleming came to the Belleview Friday Foodie Fest on Lake Lillian with man’s best friend “Eris”, who is a Canario Presa and a gentle giant. The pair came with their family to enjoy a great meal and great entertainment.
On July 18, 2025, Tessa Hollon, 7 years old from Belleview, gets her face painted by Jessica with Creative Chippy Face Painting, for free. The City of Belleview sponsors the children’s activities at the Belleview Friday Foodie Fest at Lake Lillian. The Creative Chippy is available for parties, call 352-613-0744.
On July 18, 2025, Belleview’s Friday Foodie Fest had Desiree Henderson and Chris Tarner, owners of “A Sweet Spot” who brought their freeze dried favorites to the monthly event at Lake Lillian. Some of their menu items are like a sweet and tasty science project, which includes some things like s’mores, ice cream, Skittles, Life Savers and marshmallows.
Joe Reichel with Belleview CEP ordered “The Everything” on July 18, 2025 at Lake Lillian from the Backstage Grill, the huge hoagie comes with peppers, onions, mushrooms, steak, chicken, bacon and includes fries. Make sure to come out to the next Friday Foodie Fest in Belleview on August 15, 2025.
